Access Your Knowledge Base Account

This article is a guided walkthrough of the resources available through our Knowledge Base that go far beyond Help Articles

 

Welcome to the ParishSOFT Knowledge Base!  

For quick, easy access to this support hub, bookmark the URL of this article.

Within the Knowledge Base, you can do the following: 

  • Check System Status.
  • Submit Support Tickets.
  • Follow and update open/pending/on-hold Support cases
  • Follow Release Note articles to get new update notifications sent straight to your email.
  • Access Help Center articles and comment feedback

 

Access Your Zendesk Account 

  1. Follow this link; it is the same as above. 
  2. On the main landing page, select the Sign in button.

  3. After clicking the Sign in button, the following Sign in to ParishSoft window displays:

    The following points are important to understand about your next steps...

    • If you have already called or emailed our Support Team, select the Request Password option. 
    • If you have never called or emailed our Support Team, select the Sign Up option. 
    • If you have logged into the Knowledge Base before, but can't remember your password, select the Forgot password option.

 

Request Password

  1. Select the Request Password link. 
  2. Enter your email and click Submit
    • If your email address has never been used to submit a ticket with the Support Team, no email will be sent. This is because there is no email address on file. In this case, you can use an alternate email address, but we recommend using the Sign Up option with the email address that is best for contacting you directly regarding your support case

  3. The email will contain a link to the Activate account page.

  4. The link above navigates to the Create a password page. Enter a personal and secure password that meets all the criteria.

  5. Select Create Password, and begin exploring the Knowledge Base! 

 

Sign up 

  1. Select the Sign Up link.
  2.  You will be asked to enter your name and email address.

  3. Select the Sign Up button. 
  4. An email from support@parishsoft.zendesk.com containing your Knowledge Base login password will be sent to the email address you provided in the steps above. 
    • You may need to check your spam folder.

Forgot my password

  1. Select the Forgot Password? option.
  2. On the next screen, enter the email address on file with our Support Team.
  3. When submitting your email address, take note of the following page.

Note: If you don't receive the email and know you have reached out to our Support Team before, please try a different email address. You may need to create a new account with your own personal email address. This is the best way for our Support Team to contact you regarding your support case
